Step One:
Navigate to The Arizona Birth network’s website
Hover or click on ‘Resources’ in the top menu
Click on ‘Community Calendar’

Step Two:
Create an account or log-in (an account on the AZBN website is required to submit events via this method)

Once you are logged in, return to this page and select ‘Add An Event’

Step Three:
Fill out the form with your event’s information and click ‘Submit’
Your event will be pending until approved by an authorized representative of the Arizona Birth Network.
Approvals should take less than 48hrs, but please keep in mind that we are an all volunteer organization and human. If you believe your submission has fallen through the cracks, we encourage your to contact us at birth@arizonabirthnetwork.com

Recurring Events:
Use the ‘Schedule Multiple Events’ option if your event occurs on a regular basis

Categories & Tags:
Leave the category blank or set it to ‘Community’ unless your event is sponsored by or in direct coordination with the Arizona Birth Network.

You can add as few or as many tags as you’d like, as long as they are relevant to your event. If you have any tags you would like us to add, please contact us

Venue & Organizers:
Begin typing in your venue. If it has already been added, click on it. Otherwise, type in the full venue name and click “Create: [venue name]” to complete the venue location information and add it to the list.

Begin typing in your organizer name. If it has already been added, click on it. Otherwise, type in the full organizer name and click “Create: [organizer name]” to complete the organizer information and add it to the list. You can add multiple organizers to a single event.
